Where did you go to school?
I went to school at Hendrix College.
Who have been your strongest influences in life?
My mom is my biggest inspiration.
What led you to choosing your program?
I chose the PA profession because I want to make the biggest difference in healthcare and believe this profession will allow me to do so.
What do you like about UAMS?
I was fortunate to work as a PCT at UAMS prior to my program and was able to experience the community for myself. It was a combination of the people and culture that made me gravitate towards UAMS.
What motivates you?
My family motivates me.
If you could share some helpful tip to future students, what would they be?
If I could share a helpful tip to future students, I would tell them to trust their process. It’s easy to get stuck in the weeds but remembering your “why” will keep you motivated in reaching your goals.
What are your hobbies?
My hobbies are reading and weightlifting
What are your plans after graduation?
After graduation, I plan to work as a Physician Assistant in underserved communities.
