New Student Information

Background Check and Drug Screening

1. Access the DISA Healthcare Technology website.
2. Click on “Place Order”
3. Choose “DISA CB – CastleBranch” as the platform
4. Use UF84 (or UF19 for Physician Assistant students) for the Package Code.
5. On the next “Sign In” screen, click the green “Create Account” button, which will guide you through the rest of the process.
