Information Sessions for the Master of Science in Respiratory Care Program

The Master of Science in Respiratory Care Program occasionally hosts information sessions meant to inform prospective students about the program requirements, the curriculum, or just to answer questions they may have. When information sessions are scheduled, registration links will be active below.

Overview

If you’re looking for a patient-focused health profession that is “high tech” and “high touch”, then Respiratory Therapy may be just for you! This fast-paced, high demand career allows you to make an immediate difference in the lives of your patients – whether you’re performing therapy, conducting diagnostic studies, or managing life support systems.

You’re invited to join our faculty and students for a virtual information session to learn more.

During this session, you will:

  • Learn about Respiratory Therapy as a career.
  • Hear a student’s perspective.
  • Review the bachelor’s and master’s degree curriculum.
  • Explore exciting and meaningful simulation and clinical opportunities.
  • Be able to ask any questions you might have about the program.

UAMS offers Arkansas’ only BS degree and MS degrees in Respiratory Care. We want you to know the value of a UAMS education.

We look forward to meeting you in person!
