Curriculum for the Part-Time Track of the Extended Internship Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Sciences Program

Curriculum Overview

The part-time track of the Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Sciences Program consists of 65 semester credit hours of prerequisite coursework and a minimum of 55 semester credit hours in the medical laboratory sciences curriculum for a total of 120 credits.

Any student who requires more clinical hours due to specific state regulatory requirements may request it from the program director.

A letter grade of C or better is required for the student to progress in the program.

Interprofessional Education

All students in the UAMS College of Health Professions must complete all Interprofessional Education activities.
