About the Non-Degree Option
Students interested in taking courses from our Online Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Sciences Degree Advancement Program curriculum as a non-degree-seeking student can do so by completing an application to the college as a non-degree student. This option is ideal for someone needing a specific course to further their professional career, or for someone looking to get into our degree-seeking program in the future but who does not have enough prerequisites completed yet.
This option is recommended for individuals with a minimum of 60 semester hours of college credit and one year of full-time lab experience by the time the course begins. Courses are done through online education, and only courses already being offered that semester are open to non-degree students.
The maximum number of credits that may be taken as a non-degree student is 24 hours.
