The Doctor of Physical Therapy Program’s flipped classroom concept focuses on using class and lab time to integrate learned material and develop problem-solving skills. Students review electronically delivered lectures before in-class sessions to apply and build upon their knowledge. This does not reduce class hours but shifts time from lectures to the application of learned material.

Where can I complete my full-time clinical placements for the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program?
The Doctor of Physical Therapy Program has 255 contracted clinical sites in 16 states, providing a variety of clinical partner sites. Students can request specific locations or clinical sites for placements after the first year, but placement in the requested area is not guaranteed. The clinical education team works to ensure a quality learning experience.
