About the Degree Program

The Master of Science in Dietetics program is a combined Master of Science and dietetic internship program. The program is designed to prepare graduates to become competent entry-level dietitians and provide preparation for the Commission on Dietetic Registration exam while earning a master’s degree.

The Master of Science in Dietetics Program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) of The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, 120 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 2190, Chicago, IL 60606-6995; Telephone: 800-877-1600, ext 5400 or 312-899-0040; Website: https://www.eatrightpro.org/acend. ACEND’s last site visit was in November 2019. Reaccreditation of the program was granted at that time until 2028.
