Department of Dietetics & Nutrition Present Posters at Annual American Society for Nutrition Conference

Several faculty and students in the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition attended the American Society for Nutrition Conference held in Boston July 21-25. A total of 17 posters and abstracts were accepted for poster presentation. Eleven posters were presented at the conference which include six from faculty and five from MSDI and MSCN students. Dr. Hakkak proudly stated, “This is the highest number of abstracts and posters presented in one meeting in department history. Faculty and students did an excellent job responding to audience questions.”
